Stitch Cutters

A stitch cutter is a specialized surgical instrument designed for safely and efficiently removing sutures after a wound has healed. Featuring a small, hooked blade, it allows for precise cutting of stitches without damaging the surrounding tissue or causing discomfort to the patient. The hook helps to easily catch and cut the suture thread, making the removal process quick and straightforward. Stitch Cutter is used for general suture removal. The slightly curved, flat, bull nose tip slides under the suture and when rotated, gently removes the suture from the site.

A convenient number of individual pouches are boxed in a unit carton. The stitch cutters are sterilized by gamma radiation to a minimum dosage of 2.5M Rad.
