Dermal Curette

A dermal curette is a surgical instrument designed for scraping or debriding tissue, primarily used in dermatology. Featuring a small, scoop-shaped blade at the end of a handle, it allows for precise removal of skin lesions, warts, or other abnormal tissue. This is a single ended instrument available with a round loop tip. The loop is sharp on the inside and blunt on the outside so the lesion can be removed but surrounding skin is not damaged.  The Dermal Curette are sterilized by gamma radiation to a minimum dosage of 2.5M Rad and have shelf life of 5 years. A variety of tip sizes are available to accommodate varying lesion sizes 2.0,3.0,4.0,5.0,7.0 mm.
